Using Smart Lock

Factory reset with recovery
This step is a bit complicated and should only be used if none of the above works. You can reset your Android smartphone to factory settings using Recovery feature. To do this, turn off your phone and hold the power key together with the up/ key to decrease the volume (depending on the mobile you are wearing). Wait until you see a startup screen on your smartphone, then release the button. Navigate to clear all data and factory reset options and wait for the process to complete.
