How To Turn On ‘Read Later’ Feature Of Google Chrome Browser – Guide
To maintain its position as one of the biggest browsers, Google is constantly introducing new features to Chrome. While these features take a while to get to everyone, you can usually turn them on by going to the Chrome Flags page. This goes for Google Chrome’s Read Later function, which lets you bookmark webpages you want to read later without them getting lost in the black hole of your Bookmarks folder. On Android, Windows, Mac, Linux, and of course Chromebooks, the Read Later flag is accessible in the Chrome browser.
How to enable the Read List flag

If you keep the bookmarks bar always on, you will see the reading list on the right side of the bar. If you just leave the bookmarks bar enabled in New Tab (like I do), just press Ctrl+T and the reading list will be near the top right of the page. You can also press Ctrl + Shift + B to activate the bookmarks bar for whatever tab you are currently using.
