To remedy this dilemma, check out Spotify’s sleep timer feature. You can choose from six levels ranging from five minutes to an hour to end your listening session. If you want to fall asleep quickly, choose End Track. If you’ve set a timer and still haven’t fallen asleep, you can go back and turn off the timer or select more time. If you are listening to a podcast, you can choose between the same time slots or choose End of episode. This one feature is currently available on mobile Spotify app version for Android and iOS.
