If you are 130 meters away from the SmartTag, you can find the item with an app on your smartphone. The app has an indicator that shows how close or far you are to SmartTag. Single feature of SmartTags is the connection to Samsung’s “Galaxy Find Network”. This means that if you lose an item tagged on the outside and another Samsung smartphone user runs away, you will receive a notification of your own phone letting you know where the SmartTag is.
