Usually, when you think about looting, you’ll be thinking about killing the same boss over and over again or running the same part of a level to get a chest or something like that. Unfortunately, there is no guaranteed way to get a hidden cache quickly every time. Your spawns are reduced to RNG, but a cache will appear on each mission. The only way to ensure you get one every time is to play through the entire mission. But that’s not very fast. Fortunately, there is an in-game execution that can speed up up your acquisition of hidden caches. The quest in question is in Act 2, and is the third quest called Giants on Earth: Evacuate. You will have to reach this level first by completing the previous missions. You can run this with casual difficulty if you like, and it doesn’t really matter which class you use as you’ll be dodging all enemies and completing the race as fast as possible. It’s not that fast and in my experience it hasn’t been that profitable either, but if you’re looking to get an edge early on, it might be worth spending a little time on it. Once loaded on the first mission, see what to do. That’s all there is to it. You’ll need a little luck from the RNG gods for any of these methods you use, but it won’t take long or require you to get involved with any enemies. After unlocking the final mission in Act 2, this is definitely the only one to be used, but the first mission can earn you some tasty rewards too.
