Tip I would recommend using a single password to encrypt all links as using a different password for every second link can mess things up up That’s it, the next time someone tries to open the encrypted link, they will be prompted for a password, without which the link cannot be opened.
To decrypt, right-click on an encrypted link in the Firefox bookmarks library and click Decrypt this link. Note: If you encrypted a link using the plugin, make sure to decrypt it if you plan to remove the add-on for any reason. If you don’t, all your tagged bookmarks won’t open until you reinstall the plugin.
My Verdict
Overall, the addon is great, but what I think there should be an option to add a master password to manage all encrypted links. If someone forgets the password of an encrypted link, there is no way they can recover it and the link will be lost forever.
