How to Create a Mobile Hotspot on Windows 11 – Guide
In a situation where you need to turn your Windows 11 PC into a mobile access point. This allows you to connect mobile devices to the PC’s Wi-Fi signal. This can be useful when you live in a rural area, for example.
Create one Mobile Hotspot on Windows 11
First, open the settings from the Start menu or use the Windows Key + I keyboard shortcut to open the settings directly. After opening Settings, click Network & Internet in the list of items on the left. Now, in the list of items on the right, click on Mobile Access point. For example, here I am using an iPhone to locate and connect to the hotspot. I go to Settings > Wi-Fi, find the access point and log in by entering the password, and tap Sign in. It’s also important to note that Windows 11 includes an “Energy Saver” mode. Turn it on if you want Windows to turn off the access point if no devices are connected to it.
