How to Change the Font on All Slides in PowerPoint – Guide
A big part of building a slideshow in Microsoft PowerPoint is how it looks. You spend a lot of time adjusting objects and shapes, choosing colors and styles, and adding transitions and animations. So if you decide to use a different font for your presentation, changing each slide can be time consuming for you. Fortunately, there is an easier way. You can change all fonts in a PowerPoint presentation at once! THE feature that we are about to explain is only available in the desktop version of PowerPoint on Windows and Mac. When you click Replace, PowerPoint replaces all fonts in your presentation (including those on the slide master). Note, however, that the Replace Font – Replace drop-down menu only displays a list of the fonts that are currently in your presentation. This means that if you don’t see a specific font, you can assume that font is not present in your presentation. It also means that you can use the Replace Font drop-down list to check if anyone has made any changes to your presentation. This is because if they add a font they don’t have permission to use it will show up in this drop-down list. On the other hand, you can open the Replace font with drop-down menu. Keep in mind that not all font styles will display correctly in all versions of PowerPoint (Mac and Windows versions of PowerPoint have very different font styles available).
