Forza Horizon 5 is an amazing game. if you look up the dictionary definition of fun, you’ll see a gif of someone driving an anime-covered car down a large ramp in Forza Horizon 5 at 200 MPH while listening to Beastie Boys. What I’m trying to express is that it’s fantastic. Also included in Forza Horizon 5 are some of the best, dumbest and weirdest car horns I’ve ever heard. Some of these horns are boring and common horns and horns. Who cares! More interesting horns are found in the music and sound effects sections. For example, you might have a horn that is just the call noise of Microsoft’s Slack alternative, Teams. Or the Windows 10 notification noise. Or even the Windows XP shutdown jingle. Oh, and since Microsoft / Xbox owns Halo, yes, you can get Grunt’s Birthday Party Skull sound effect as your horn. Or stranger, the sound of the Chief’s shield reloading. The only thing I hate about these horns is that I don’t have any of these cool horns. On my last spin, I almost got the Halo themed horn, but instead I got a dumb supercar. I have about 20 of these. Give me the stupid horns, please. I also think the horns need an easily accessible weapon wheel-like system in-game to instantly switch between the various stupid horns. Also, Mircosoft, if you’re looking for good horns to add to this already huge list, I might suggest Skyrim’s Fus-Ro-Dah dragon cry. Oh, and maybe the noise of Minecraft’s death.
