Under the heading System, deselect Use hardware acceleration when available.

5. Overlay scroll bar flag
Flags are experimental features that are still under development and may or may not see the light of day. However, there are quite a few gems out there if you know where to look. An example of such a flag is the # overlay scrollbar flag. To search for this flag, type the address below in the address bar. chrome: // flags Then look for the flag above.
Turn it on from the right. Now restart Chrome and see if you can find the missing scroll bar in Chrome.
6. Reset Chrome
Restoring Chrome to its default settings will not delete your bookmarks and saved passwords. Do not worry. Open Chrome and go to Settings. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page to find and click on the Advanced option.
Under Reset and cleaning up at the bottom, click Restore settings to their original defaults.

The process will take some time and as noted, cookies and other temporary data will be deleted from your computer. All settings will be reset to default settings and extensions will be disabled. After resetting Chrome, I recommend that you restart Chrome once before checking the scrollbar problem.
7. Reinstall Chrome
If resetting Chrome doesn’t work as intended and you still can’t see the scroll bar, you should try reinstalling Chrome. Close Chrome. Open Settings by pressing Windows key + I. button to open Settings. Click on Apps here.
Under Apps & features, scroll down a bit to find Chrome. Tap it once to reveal the Delete option. Note that you can also remove the installation from Control Panel.
Press Windows + E keyboard shortcut to launch the file explorer and move to the next folder structure to delete the Chrome folder. Make sure to back up to a pendrive first. On the View tab, select Show hidden files, folders, and drives and click Apply. You should now see the hidden folders.
8. Other browser
